At Blooms by Shannon, each arrangement is handcrafted using premium faux florals and high-quality materials. Every piece is made to order and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Processing Time
• Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
• Processing times may be longer during high-volume seasons or for large centerpiece orders.

Packaging & Shipping
• All arrangements are packaged securely with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
• We ship via USPS.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates
• Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
• Actual delivery time may vary based on carrier delays, inclement weather, or peak season volume.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is within 60 miles of Dripping Springs, Tx. Pickup instructions will be provided once your order is ready.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each faux floral arrangement is made to order, all sales are final. However, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the damage and the packaging.

  3. We will provide one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
    • A replacement arrangement
    • A repair or fix if applicable
    • Store credit

Quality Guarantee
While returns are not accepted, we guarantee that your arrangement will be crafted with care and delivered in the condition described. If there is an issue with craftsmanship or materials upon arrival, we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Faux floral arrangements
• Custom designs
• Seasonal items
• Sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. If you need to cancel, email us immediately.
